Leads can be provided on a monthly, quarterly, or annual schedule depending on your needs and budget.

How qualified are the leads?

Service members receive orders to move regularly throughout their career.  Generally, they receive PCS (Permanent Change of Station) orders 3 years after moving to an area.  However, they may decide to rent out their property or separate from the military and remain in their home.

Do you provide leads for military buyers?

The leads provided to you target only homeowners.  However, these homeowners selling their property are likely to move to another base where a referral fee could be generated with an agent at their next duty station.
